The TXP42G20b meets all thanks to the THX Certified Display Program.

Another boost for this television is the fact that Panasonic have joined up with Pioneer technicians and have added elements of Pioneers award winning Kuro technology to make the blacks even blacker than ever before for less than half the price the the kuro costs.
